Pre-run coffee at home Tuesday morning!
Sweaty and not quite awake yet! Almost 6 miles with my favorite running buddy before I left town. I love what he named his run.

My girls left their toys on our bed for Dad when he gets home – they’re so thoughtful.

We were hungry and knew we wouldn’t have time for lunch between flights, so we shared a sandwich.
Wore my running shoes so I could run in Florida – they’re just SO comfy. Also, my Mom read my blog right as I was sitting next to her, haha! My biggest fan! <3

Stress…I’m a little nervous about tomorrow because I’m presenting on someone else’s work, not my own. I think that’s WAY more nerve-wracking than discussing your own research.

Wishing I could enjoy this a little bit more! My Mom will spend her day at the pool while I’m at the conference. All the jealousy. But she deserves it!
I got to FaceTime my favorites for a little bit, then I did some work before bed!
It was up early to get ready! We present our article, along with another few presenters from 8:30-10 AM this morning. Positive vibes, please! : )
I’ll spend some time at the conference after that, but I’m excited to get to my grandparents’ house! We will stay with them tonight.
