Good food + another workout for you to try + Happy Birthday to my Momma!

Guys, I switched things up for breakfast! Are you proud?? I mean, I’m still having veggies and eggs, but I threw it all in a tortilla and topped it with dairy-free cheese. Mmm!

I’ve been diffusing a lot of essential oils lately. Grapefruit and lavender are my favorites right now.
Smoothie bowl for lunch! Remember when I broke our blender a few weeks ago? It fell off a super tall shelf, landed on my ankle bone, and shattered?? It was a real bummer. I’m lucky I didn’t get hurt, I just had a bruise and a sore ankle for a few days. Also, luckily, we have a Magic Bullet, so I’ve been using that! It’s small, so I have to blend my smoothie in two parts. It looked cool when I dumped it into the bowl, so I thought I’d share it with you.

Just some afternoon cuddles with my girl.
Guys, that Ginger-Molasses bread from Run Fast. Eat Slow is INCREDIBLE. YUM.
I did this circuit yesterday – it only took about 30 minutes! My legs were a little sore when I woke up this morning.
Lu wanted to workout with me.
This snack was delicious! I put that Thai Coconut Curry hummus that I love on a rice cake and topped it with Sriracha. Mmm. I also had some dried mango slices.
Car wash time! The other day when I went to the car wash, the whole thing turned off while I was in it. The lights and everything went off. It was scary! It all came back on about  two minutes later, so it wasn’t a big deal, but I don’t know what I would’ve done if I had been stuck…
Jake and I love this song. It has such a good beat.
She always stretches before she get out of her kennel. Then she sprints out. Aspen just sprints right away.
Dinner was tofu, brussels, and a baguette. It was DELICIOUS. I’m going meat-free this week, so yesterday was Day 1. I definitely want to make this dinner again. I really like tofu!
Then we each had a couple pieces of this chocolate. It’s SO good.
Someone stole her sister’s chair…
It’s my Momma’s birthday today!!! Happy, happy Birthday, Mom! I love you!
I got a 7-miler in this morning and now I’m going to knock out some work before I meet my Mom for a little bit at the pool. I haven’t been to the pool in over a year. Sheesh. I can’t stay super long, but I am still excited! Then we have dinner tonight to celebrate her birthday! It’s your day, Momma! Enjoy!
Happy Tuesday, friends!
