We had taco salad Monday night and it was pretty dang delicious. I got some shells from Hy-Vee. You just bake them for 10 minutes and you’re ready to go. They were super good. I ate all of mine.
Coop was a big fan, too!

Picking out books before bed is very serious business.
We did a new activity the other morning and Coop LOVED it. I drew the initial line of shapes and then Coop put the matching ones underneath the top row. I bet we did this for 45 minutes. It was so fun and so easy!
This kid rocked his first man bun yesterday. Ha! We love his long curly hair and aren’t ready to cut it, but it was getting in his eyes and driving him nuts, so I put it up in a little pony.
Coop requested his PAW Patrol sweatshirt and a beanie last night. His little smile kills me.
Coop got his first horse last night! My birth mom, Dawn, got this horse for him for Christmas. He loves it. It makes galloping sounds when you ride and eating sounds when you feed it a carrot. Coop was so excited. He hopped on it earlier today and said, “Cowboy!”
Sometimes you just need to buy Pop Tarts in bulk. YUM.
