Thinking about another race…+ delicious + too much growing up

We have been getting lots of stroller runs in lately! I am very thankful for some cooler weather. Fall is by far my favorite season. I’m thinking about doing a half next month right before our transfer, but I just don’t know yet. I’m going to see how I feel over the next few weeks and go from there!

Stroller naps for the win!

I know this looks disgusting, but it’s not burnt! I fried the pork chops and then put them into my crockpot. Holy yum. They had garlic and brown sugar on them. I also made mashed sweet potatoes. So. Good!

Jake did a little foam rolling after dinner and Coop decided he looked like he needed a little help.

The sweetest boy in all the world.

Lunches this week are chicken salad sandwiches. I have been wanting ALL the hot things lately, so I top mine with hot sauce and jalapeños. It’s the best.

I love his love of books. It definitely makes my reading professor heart happy.

While we waited for Jake to get home from work Tuesday night, we played outside. If there’s a stick near Coop, you better believe that he’s picking it up…

This boy sure does love his pups. And they love him right back.

We also did a little Jeepin’.

I made Chicken Tetrazzini for dinner for the first time and WOW. It was incredible. I kind of followed THIS recipe. I used Greek yogurt instead of sour cream, only used one can of cream of chicken soup, and added peas and mushrooms. It was delicious!

Coop officially outgrew his infant car seat AND I started researching preschools all in the same day. Not the best choice…my mama heart was definitely hurting a little! I THINK I know where we want to send him for preschool a couple days a week, but we’re still looking at some options!

Happy Wednesday, friends!
