This wild thing and I headed to get my Rhogam shot Monday morning. When they called to get me registered for the shot, they told me it would take about 20 minutes, so I just took Coop with me. Welllllll, that was not the case. We were there for over an hour. They had to do a blood draw, get results, then give me the shot, so we were there much longer than planned. Coop did great and we took one long walk break while we waited for the lab to run my blood type. One big perk was that they did this shot in my arm rather than my hip, so it wasn’t as painful – I was very thankful for that!

My mom came over Monday afternoon to watch Coop while I worked, but we snuck outside while he napped to watch the eclipse.
Baby brother’s first eclipse!
Tacos for dinner are always a good choice. I really love that this whole meal only takes 20 minutes to throw together. SO happy I’m able to eat some meat again. Chicken and anything on the grill still don’t sound good, but this is progress.
We played outside a little bit Tuesday morning. Jake and our friend, Wade, have been working on milling one of the big logs from a tree we had taken down, so Coop wanted to explore their workspace. He was pretty excited about finding his Dad’s empty Miller Lite can.
If this picture could talk, it would be screaming, “Yeehaw!!!”
If you have a kiddo who loves dinosaurs, Walmart has some of the cutest stuff right now! I got all of this for about $12 – some 2T and some 3T, so he can grow into it. He was SO excited.
The sweetest little napper I’ve ever seen.
GULP. We are starting potty training this weekend. We were going to wait until after the baby was here, but Coop is so ready. He LOVES to sit on his potty – he’s used it a few times! So I think we need to tackle it. We’ll see how things go…
We had tacos for dinner again last night. YUM. Coop inhaled a big plate of taco goodness.
We are 29 weeks today! I have an appointment today to check on baby. We have another ultrasound in two weeks and I can’t wait to see him again. We are getting closer! Exactly 10 weeks from today. Eek!
Happy Wednesday, friends!
