Banza sent us the coolest pizza kit to celebrate the launch of their new chickpea pizza crusts! I cannot wait to try these!

Jake has been in Colorado all week and gets home tonight! YAY! We did lots and lots of FaceTiming. We can’t wait to be back in Colorado as a family in two weeks!
We had a lot of random meals this week. This one was super delicious – chicken, rice, and avocado.
Little mister loves brushing his gums with this banana toothbrush.
We got up early Saturday morning to knock out my two hour run. I changed Coop’s diaper and he had some pretty bad diaper rash that looked like more than regular diaper rash, so I called the on-call pediatrician and they told me he needed to be seen that day. As we were walking out the door to run, it started raining, so between the rain and the doctor call, we were running behind. I ended up switching my weekend running days, so I did my hour run Saturday and moved my two hour run to Sunday.
The most beautiful boy.
It was gorgeous outside and my run felt pretty decent.
After my run, we got ready for a bridal shower. I wore a dress that was not easy to nurse in… I definitely ripped the seams pulling it down to feed Cooper. Ha!
We loved getting to celebrate Jake’s beautiful cousin, Brittany!
After the bridal shower, we headed to our urgent care appointment. We knocked out all kinds of firsts this week, our first solo week, my first week back to work, and Coop’s first urgent care trip. Go big or go home!
Little man has a yeast rash, so the doctor gave us an ointment to put on twice a day. When we got home, we did some diaper-free time.
We both accidentally fell asleep on the couch for almost two hours…
Saturday night, we headed over to my parents’ to celebrate Jack’s 18th birthday with our good family friends. It was such a fun evening!
Sunday morning started with some play time before heading out for my two hour run.
This kid loves cups, so I finally got him his own from Haakaa and he is obsessed with it. It’s so cute.
He keeps me laughing all dang day.
I was nervous and excited for this run. It was my longest run, but also the longest time Coop would be in his stroller. I wasn’t quite sure how things would go.
He passed out about 5 minutes into the run. Look at his little hand on his fan.
I got a bad bloody nose about halfway through my run, I’m thankful it stopped fairly quickly.
Coop needed a little snack break about an hour and a half in.
These are the two happy faces of finishing a two hour run!! Coop was over it with about 20 minutes left, so I did all the things to distract him. Hey Bear sensory videos on YouTube finally saved the day. I ended with 10.93 miles for the day. I would’ve finished out 11 miles total, but Coop was ready to be out of the stroller.
I am proud of this run!
Post-run couch snuggles.
Lunch after my run was more random deliciousness, plus a manmosa (OJ and an IPA).
I love this so much. I can’t wait to tell Coop his story.
We had the best first solo week, but can’t wait for Jake to get home.
We were lazy for most of the afternoon on Sunday. I did laundry and a little meal prep, but that’s about it! Lunches this week are stuffed pepper casserole and breakfast is an egg casserole.
Aaaand another random dinner. Avocado with Lawry’s salt is my new favorite thing.
We are kicking off year three this morning! Here’s to the 22-23 school year!
Happy Monday, friends!
