Finally healthy again + Turkey Trot fun + Thanksgiving!

Someone learned how to use a straw and he’s pretty dang excited about it. He chugs water like a mad man.

Tell me your papa is a dentist…Just taking a nap holding our banana toothbrush.

Coop and I got out for a recovery run Wednesday afternoon. The weather was amazing.

This lunch has really hit the spot this week. A PB&J wrap and a salad with turkey.

We took our wild turkey to Brew Co on Wild Turkey Wednesday.

Jake and I each got beer in our mugs and shared this pizza and salad. We hardly ate any of the pizza because the salad was so filling. This was hands-down the best salad I’ve ever had in my entire life.

The salad had shaved brussels sprouts and kale, with all kinds of amazing things. I am not a huge kale fan, but I told Jake I could eat this salad every day of my life.

Coop and I did some crafting.

Thursday morning, we dropped Coop off at my parents’ house and Jake and I headed to the Turkey Trot. I had an hour and a half run, so Jake did it with me. Someone had a blast with Papa and Tutu.

Jake and I ran 40 minutes before the race started. We met up with Alicia and Brittany and ran the 5K with them. We had so much fun!

Jake and I had about 20 minutes left of my run after the race, so we knocked that out and then headed to pick up Cooper. I missed him so much!

We ended with a little over 8 miles for the day. When we got home, I knocked out my PT and strength workout, and then I was ready for a nap. Ha!

These two snuggled while I showered and got ready to head to Jake’s family’s Thanksgiving. So much to be thankful for!

Our sweet friends from Colorado sent all kinds of adorable personalized onesies for Cooper when he was born. He wore this Thanksgiving one and loved it. Thank you, Bettina!

I cannot handle how cute he is.

My favorite little turkey.

I love Thanksgiving food. Stuffing is definitely my favorite.

We went on a fun side-by-side ride around our friend’s property. Cooper loved it. The bouncier it was, the better. He ended up passing out on Jake’s lap.

Just doing man stuff.

The happiest little dude.

Coop had fun playing with all kinds of new toys.

Love my guys! (And no, I’m not pregnant…my shirt was just baggy and hanging at a weird angle – haha!)

Aunt Chelsea and Phoenix cuddles.

We have Thanksgiving with my family today, so we are having a lazy morning before heading over to my parents’ house.

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday and gets some relaxation today.

Happy Friday, friends!
