Coop got lots of cousin time Wednesday afternoon while I attempted a workout run. My run did not go well, but these two had lots of fun playing together.
After my run, my mom, sister, and I headed to dinner. Coop enjoyed the house white while I sipped on a sangria. Cesar’s has the best sangria in the whole world.
Thursday morning started with an endurance run. My favorite tiny running buddy joined me. He talked to me for about the first 30 minutes of my run and then slept like this for the second 30 minutes. I am so thankful he enjoys being in his stroller.
5 miles knocked out Thursday morning followed by a strength workout that I skipped on Wednesday because I felt so terrible after my workout run. It felt good to get both things finished before lunch.
I showered and put real clothes on to go celebrate Kayla. The girls at work threw her a bridal shower. Kayla is a dental hygienist at my dad’s office, so my mom and I got to crash the party. It was so fun!
Loved spending the evening with this group of amazing women!

The second I leave an event in the summer, my hair goes up. It’s WAY too hot for long hair. I’m wanting to chop mine off again…I always want to in the summer.
