I think this is all the motivation us three gals need to get across the finish line tomorrow morning!!
I got a 3-miler in yesterday, which was my LAST run in MO before we head to TN! I cannot wait to hit the road. I sat in our living room, enjoying breakfast after my run, with the windows open and listened to the rain.
Can’t stop, won’t stop with this breakfast.
I just love this breakfast. One thing I don’t love about it – the acid reflux it gave me yesterday. I was lazy yesterday morning and slept in. I think it was the jelly that gave me the acid reflux on my run. I’ve eaten the veggie mixture and eggs before a run and been…

Kayla needed 3 miles yesterday and I wanted 6. I ran 2 on my own, met her for her 3, then I ran home. It was perfect! We also got to see the sunrise. It was beautiful. Have I mentioned how much I’m loving being able to run??? Injuries really make you appreciate your health.…
I’ve talked about how obsessed I am with BCAAs. The ones I was taking are my favorite, but they have a lot of ingredients that I don’t recognize. Which I don’t love. Kayla takes this kind, so I am going to try it and see if I like it! I like that it’s more natural…
