Still over here just loving these vanilla chai smoothies. One scoop of vanilla protein powder, one scoop of collagen, a banana, handful of spinach, 5 to 6 ice cubes, half a cup of almond or coconut milk, and half a packet of chai tea latte powder. I shared a link to the powder yesterday. YUM.

This week for breakfast we are having coffee protein smoothies. And they are delicious. One scoop chocolate peanut butter protein, one scoop collagen, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, handful of spinach, 2 frozen coffee ice cubes, a banana, 1/2 cup of almond milk, handful of ice. Blend and enjoy. Mmm.
