My bummer news + so proud of Jake + first IVF appointment
These precious little curls.
These precious little curls.
This weekend has been BONKERS, but in all the best ways. I didn’t get a post up Friday because the day was super busy, so there’s lots to catch up on today. Let’s take it all the way back to Wednesday night – my friend, Adrienne, hosted a fun happy hour with wine and snacks.
Coop likes pretending to talk to his Daddy on this remote for a chair in our living room. It cracks me up. He calls Jake ‘Da’ or ‘Dada’, so he’ll just repeat those two words over and over again. It’s adorable.
Friday morning, we had Coop’s 15 month check-up. He devoured puffs the whole time.
Coop is loving naps in his infant car seat. He’s close to outgrowing this, so we’re soaking it up while we can. I know he’s not supposed to nap in this, but it’s what’s working for us, so I’m going with it!
Coop took a car nap on Monday while I sipped coffee, answered emails, and wrote my blog.
When Jake got off work Friday, we met him for a beer at 4 By 4. It was the best way to kick off Mother’s Day weekend.
I am FINALLY feeling better since weaning! I’m still sore, but improving every single day. So. Thankful! Bikes and backward hats – he’s definitely Jake Bradley’s son.
These lunches are still hitting the spot this week. Tortilla, tuna, veggies, cheese, and spicy Yum Yum sauce. Mmmm.
What a weekend! We had a fun Cinco, a little getaway to AR, a fun zoo trip, and some family time. Coop and I rocked some black hats on Friday. This kid makes everything so fun.
