I started my day yesterday with an 8 mile run. It was about 27 when I started, but it warmed up SO quickly. It was the perfect running weather. It felt good to get moving!

After my run yesterday, I took Lu to the groomer, then met my Mom for an 80-minute yoga class. It felt SO good, but I definitely woke up pretty sore this morning. I think my hips are FINALLY starting to get better because I was able to move a little bit better and go deeper…
I was CRAVING bacon yesterday, so I did my grocery shopping early in the morning so I could get some bacon for breakfast. Priorities! It was delicious.
Lots of puppy cuddles on Friday while I knocked out some computer work. We were cold, so we stayed in bed to work. It was really relaxing! And I was surprisingly productive.
I wore my new Dogwood 25k shirt on my run yesterday. I don’t always love race shirts, but this one is awesome. It was super comfortable and I love the colors.
