I can’t believe today is the last day of 2020. What a crazy year! I spent yesterday at my parents’ again. Eleanor was there so our girls loved that. There were also some wild turkeys in the backyard, so that kept everyone’s attention for awhile.
After our rainy, cold run yesterday, I could not get warm. I had breakfast, then the girls and I crawled back into bed under all the covers. I think they both liked the late morning nap.
This was one of the best taco salads I’ve ever had. It was also massive…this had iceberg lettuce, spinach, peppers, ground turkey, peach salsa, plain Greek yogurt, jalapeños, and tortilla chips. This week is the best week ever because we will have floors! I cannot wait. This is the flooring we chose to use until we put our permanent floor in after our kitchen remodel (3-5 years). We got this at Sam’s and LOVE it. Our floor will start going in Tuesday. WAHOOOOO! Now, let’s wrap-up…

I got to the gym yesterday for leg day, which felt amazing since I skipped on Friday. We just finished our 9-week cycle, so we are having a couple of de-loading weeks before starting our next one. I think we will start our next lifting cycle after the first of the year. I am excited…
