My stomach felt a million times better when I woke up yesterday, but nothing really sounded good to eat. I ended up having some cornbread. It was delicious.
This was after our run in the rain on Tuesday. My hair was SOAKED. I wanted to take a shower after Jake left for work, so I threw on my robe and a towel on my hair. I think I chugged two cups of coffee, trying to get warmed up.
Breakfast on Monday was sautéed spinach, kale, and mushrooms, plus two eggs, and a piece of toast with jam. I think this is one of my favorite breakfast combos.

After breakfast I did a little work then needed a snack. I was so hungry all day yesterday…my first snack was cereal with my coffee. I love dry cereal. Anyone else??
I haven’t been loving the veggies I prepped for breakfast this week. We both kind of struggled to eat them yesterday. I’m going to do something different with them the rest of the week…stay tuned.
I wanted to run when the sun was shining, so I slept in a little yesterday, got up and had a little snack, then got started on some work. I had half a bagel with raspberry jam. It was DELICIOUS.

Rewind to Friday – More overnight oats for breakfast! These were delicious, but I like to have veggies for breakfast. After I ate these, I totally put the empty bowl into our coffee cabinet…no clue why. Major brain fart. I never do stuff like that!
