Coop requested an apple yesterday once he got out of his crib. He then carried it around the house with him and slowly ate the top half.

Cheeeeeeeeeese!

More apple after an outfit change.

I had a 90-minute faculty meeting Monday morning. Coop played with all the toys while I Zoomed. Not ideal, but we made it work! My mom came over just in time for him to eat lunch and take a nap.

My parents got these tables for Eleanor and Cooper, so I finally brought ours home. He LOVES it. He wants to eat all of his snacks right here.

Jake has been busting it this week to get new flooring put in the van. It looks SO good. We still have a lot we want to do to the van, but this was a big project to get knocked out.

I think it is time to invest in some new sports bras…I currently only have two I like and they’re both falling apart. Ugh. Does anyone have a sports bra they like?? Send them my way, please!

I had a workout run yesterday and finally felt pretty decent!

I had a warm up and a cool down, with 10 1:00 pushes in the middle with a recovery after each one. These were my pushes and I’m proud of these times. They definitely hurt, especially as I got closer to the end of them, but I was happy with this run as a whole.

I did a lot of walking during my cool-down, so when I have this workout again on Friday, I’m going to try and walk less.

I love leftovers. We went to Maso with my parents after swim on Monday night. We had some salad and pizza left over, so I enjoyed both for lunch after my run Tuesday.

I walked in to this scene yesterday. This kid…

The best kid on the planet.

I made one of our favorite meals for dinner Tuesday night – brown sugar bacon wrapped chicken breasts. So. Good. All you do is wrap chicken in bacon, then dip it in a little bit of cayenne pepper and lots of brown sugar. It’s delicious. It’s also really good on salmon, too.

I added sticky rice and some cheesy veggies on the side. Coop ate his body weight in these veggies. They have olive oil, garlic pepper seasoning, coconut aminos, and a little cheese on them.

When Dad leaves a cicada shell on the kitchen counter for you when you wake up…

Coop was very excited.

Peep the cicada between Rhea and Coop…I think Rhea just wanted to eat it.

We are outta here! Well, after my afternoon meeting and once Jake is home from work. We’re headed to Colorado Springs for a coaching conference that Jake is attending. Coop and I will spend our days exploring and having fun while Jake is at the conference. We’re excited to see some mountains!
Happy Wednesday, friends!
