We had a fun-filled birthday weekend! We celebrated our sweet boy on Friday for his second birthday. On Saturday, we had my niece’s first birthday party, and on Sunday, we had Coop’s birthday party! It was such a blast. Friday morning, the birthday boy picked out a donut and then we stopped by to say hi to Tutu.

Big donut fan.

As we were getting home, Jayme and Harris were waiting for us with a surprise – more donuts! It made Coop’s day.

Coop had a swim make-up lesson Friday evening, so Jake joined us, which was fun. We grabbed a quick dinner with my parents after swim, and then it was bedtime. I think Coop had a wonderful day!

Saturday afternoon, we celebrated Ford’s (our niece) first birthday! She and Coop share a birthday, so we will always do lots of celebrating for them. My sister asked me to dress up like Ms. Rachel, so that’s what I did. The kiddos at the party kept eyeing me suspiciously. Ha!

The church where the party was has a big play area outside, and since the sun was shining, the littles wanted to be outside.

The best daddy.

Maybe my new favorite picture of Coop. He had total control over this frog, which just makes this picture even funnier.

Jake’s mama got this super cute sweatshirt for our big bro. I still can’t believe he’s going to be a big brother!

Chelsea and her sweet family came to help us celebrate Ford, too. I love raising babies with friends. <3

My sweet boy.

Lily and Coop – little besties. (My sister doesn’t share her kiddos online, so I won’t share any pictures of them, but they’re precious.)

Sunday morning started with a fun visit from Jake’s sister and her fiancé. Coop LOVES them both so much. They couldn’t make his party later, but we were so happy we still got to see them.

I have made the dessert for Coop’s birthday each year. I think it’s a tradition I’ll try to keep up! Last year he had peanut butter cupcakes. This year, a chocolate cake. I won’t be adding cake decorator to my resume, but this was so fun to do! He LOVED it.

Cooper approved.

Someone was a little shy when his party first started.

We had brats, chips, pasta salad, and three bean salad. Everything was super easy to put together. And it was delicious.

Pineapple brats have been one of the only meat items I can eat during this pregnancy.

This kid had the best time celebrating turning two!

Thank you to our wonderful families for helping us celebrate! We love y’all so much!

My dudes. <3

Happy Monday, friends!
