All the computer work + the best tacos + TWO years!

Monday was the last day of this yummy breakfast – we are making breakfast burritos the rest of the week!

I spent the entire day yesterday parked in front of my computer. I know it’s what I need to be doing right now, but it gets old REALLY fast. I’m getting closer!

I cooked some chicken in Frank’s Red Hot sauce – it was DELICIOUS. I also baked some asparagus. I had both for lunch yesterday. Mmm.

After lunch, I worked a little bit more, then took a snack break. Deer sausage and a rice cake with PB and honey. It might seem like a weird combo, but it was super good. I ate the deer sausage first, then had the rice cake.

As cute as this is and as much as I love cuddles, I had to kick her out. I barely had any room on my chair and it was hurting to sit on the edge. For being such a small dog, she sure takes up a lot of room…

Taco night!!!

I cooked onions, steak, and shrimp together using lime juice, garlic powder, and Primal Palate’s Taco seasoning. It turned out delicious. We had the green hatch chili tortillas from Lucky’s again, then topped everything with goat cheese, pickled beets and cabbage, avocado, and jalapeƱos. We also had black beans and rice on the side. Dinner was SO yummy!

I had some dark chocolate with raspberries for dessert. Two massive pieces.

This popped up on my Timehop this morning. See that tall silver thing? Jake is hanging from it. A couple days after this picture was taken, Jake and I started dating! It’s almost our two year date-iversary!

We are supposed to get some pretty awful weather starting today, so I’m dreaming about the sunshine we had in this picture!

I think I’m going to the Y later to run – I might try this workout! Stay tuned. My next race, the half in Nashville, is super hilly, so I need to spend a little time on hills this week.

One guess where my Dad is…

I take my dress to get altered today! I can’t wait to try it on again. <3 I still don’t know what shoes I’m going to wear…we will be hiking a little to the spot where we want to get married, so I can’t decide. I’m just praying for no snow! You never know what you’re going to get in Colorado…I guess I could always wear my snow boots… ; )
Happy Tuesday!
