Just food Monday…

Real love is giving Jake the LAST delicious tortilla to have a breakfast burrito. ; ) I still loved my burrito bowl and toast with almond butter, banana slices, and honey! Mmmm.

The cuddliest girl. Before we feed Lu breakfast in the AM, she is crazy and/or pouts the whole time. As soon as we feed her, she passes out. See how she isn’t technically ON my blanket? Eye-roll.

I worked all morning on my computer, then took a break for lunch. I had sautéed spinach, quinoa, and plantain chips. I liked the plantain chips, but they aren’t my favorite. They were ridiculously salty and I had the lime flavor. I can’t imagine how salty the salt and vinegar flavor will be….

Want to hear a real bummer? I bought a huge bag of dark chocolate covered almonds….which are my weakness. I then took them on our girls trip and totally left them in the sun. They all melted together. They no longer look pretty, but they are still delicious!

I love this shirt from high school…it’s so worn and comfortable. I don’t think I’ll ever get rid of it!

Dinner was a salmon burger patty and zucchini noodles. Super yummy!

    Okay so one of my favorite snacks as a kid was chocolate chip teddy grahams broken up into pudding. Definitely NOT one of the healthiest snacks but definitely delicious and I totally think you could “make it healthy” with bunnies and healthier pudding! 😉
