Jake made his breakfast burrito yesterday then topped it with a TON of salsa. Turns out, the salsa was bad. It smelled SO awful. We had to make him a new burrito. I hate when things go bad but the date still says they’re good. So misleading!

I love Acacia Spa. It’s so relaxing. This is the women’s relaxation room. I love sitting in here. I’ve been really wanting a massage…maybe I need to book one for next week before our wedding…

I got my lashes filled then headed to the courthouse to meet Jake so we could get our marriage license. I needed a snack first, so I ran by our house super fast and grabbed a rice cake with PB and honey.

Just waiting for Jake on the courthouse steps.

One step closer! We leave next Thursday to go to Colorado. We are going to get legally married Thursday morning before we leave, but we are celebrating our marriage Saturday in Breckenridge. My Dad is going to perform a prayer service for us in a beautiful location. I mean, it’s Colorado, so everything is beautiful!

This picture made me laugh.

Lunch was leftover swordfish steak, beets, and cauli rice.

We hadn’t tried these before, but they were on sale at Lucky’s so I grabbed some. They are DELICIOUS.

After lunch, I finally sat down and tried to get some work finished. Someone didn’t love that idea.

I ran to Hobby Lobby to get a couple of things – I found a million things I wanted. How cute is this stuff?! I also made my first B purchase! My new last name will be Bradley. I want to use this B when we decorate for our reception in June.

I started working on a little craft for next week!

I’ve been wanting to try black bean noodles, so I found these and we had them last night. They were really good! I don’t think they have much flavor, but I add garlic to everything, so that helped. Jake loved them.

This was the best shrimp I’ve ever had. I cooked them in ghee, garlic powder, and Primal Palates seafood seasoning. Link HERE. Holy cow. They were AMAZING. I have all three spices in the pack that link takes you to – we use them all!

Dinner is served!

After dinner, Jake got called into work for a little bit, then we ran some errands. We got home and I took an Epsom salt bath and added coconut oil to the hot water. It made my skin feel so good! Why have I never done that before?
I have a bunch of computer work to knock out, then I’d like to get in a bike ride and some weights. I’m also meeting some girlfriends later tonight for happy hour, so I’m excited about that!
Happy Wednesday!
