All the snacks + will ride for beer!

Breakfast this week is Paleo bacon and avocado toast with two eggs. Plus a little watermelon on the side. It was delicious yesterday. Watermelon is so refreshing when it’s hot outside.

I worked for a few hours in the morning, taking breaks every 45-60 minutes. Whenever I took a break, I would clean, answer emails, or have a snack. My morning snack was protein balls and carrots with hummus. I bought another huge container of that Thai Coconut Curry hummus. It’s just SO dang good.

I got dressed for yoga after my snack, then worked for another hour. I was knocking out things on my To-Do list like crazy! It felt good to get so much finished. Lu wasn’t impressed with my work.

About an hour before yoga, I had to have lunch. I was going to wait until after class, but I was super hungry. I finished up my Tofu steaks with some dairy-free cheese and ate a little more of the Baja Quinoa from Lucky’s. It was a super yummy lunch and it was light enough that it wouldn’t bother me during yoga.

Holy cow. Yoga was AMAZING. It felt so good to stretch and sweat! I was drenched when I left. I wasn’t trying to make the duck face, but I guess when you blow air out of your mouth in a picture that’s how it comes out…HA! Anyway, yoga was perfect yesterday and the class flew by. I’m hoping to go at least once a week during my training. It needs to happen.

After yoga, I had a little protein shake and some dried mango, then I mowed the yard.

I use a sunless tanner a lot, but I don’t like putting it on my face. It makes me break-out really bad. I researched some different kinds for your face and found this. Stay tuned! I’ll take some before and after pictures after I use it a few times.

After I got cleaned up from mowing, it was about 3PM. I was worn out! I sat down on the couch and had some more snacks. I had officially gotten everything on my To-Do list for the day finished! Normally I’d start on my list for the next day, but I just didn’t feel like it, so I relaxed for a little bit! Also, I found corn nuts in the bulk section at Lucky’s. I used to LOVE corn nuts! I was excited. They’re pretty good! Not as good as the Corn Nuts brand, but they’ll do.

Jake went on a Taco Tuesday ride last night, so I hopped on my own bike and headed to 4 By 4 to meet Kallie and see Cassie, my friend who owns the ADORABLE flower truck here in town.

Jake met us at 4 By 4 after his ride, then he and I rode home to eat dinner. We had Greek Chicken Bowls again. They’re just so good! And so easy to make!

I always get our coffee ready before we go to bed. Jake’s parents brought this back for us from the Dominican Republic! I am excited to try it! Thank you, Jeff and Penny!!

I’ve got another day of a full To-Do list to knock out! I’m going to squeeze in a little weight lifting and a bike ride, too. I meant to go to the Y this morning, but I ended up sleeping in until almost 7. It felt so good to lay in bed!
