I love circuit workouts + Aspen has to have a little surgery + bowling fun!

My Tuesday morning started with a 30 minute rowing circuit and 25 minutes on the elliptical, followed by a little lifting.

Then it was back home to have breakfast with my girls. Lu eats her food SO fast. It’s gone before I can even blink. Aspen eats a little bit slower. Lu tries to stalk her while she eats.

Remember how I was so unproductive on Monday? Well, I made up for it! I got a ton of stuff finished yesterday. Finally! I took a little break for a snack – more beet hummus and Nut Thins, then got back to work.

Hmmm. One guess where Lu is…she always loses at Hide and Seek.

Sad, sad day. My favorite seafood seasoning is gone. If you eat seafood, get this! I promise you will not be disappointed. It’s seriously SO amazing.

Lunch was the same – cod, veggies, and ciabatta bread with hummus.

I was trying to cut down on my sugar intake…it’s not going well with these bad boys in the pantry. I just love them.

My failed attempt at a car selfie with the girls – Aspen mid-yawn and just Lu’s tush. Whoops.

Aspen is terrified of the vet. She shakes the entire time. So, I took Lu with us for her appointment yesterday. It really helped! Lu loves going anywhere and Aspen seemed to be a little calmer with her baby sister by her side.

We were sad when they took Aspen back to get her eyes checked. I noticed a strange cloudy spot in Aspen’s eye, so I asked the vet to check it. The vet said it looks like Aspen had a little trauma to her eye. She’s also covered in a couple of little spots, so I asked the vet to check those, too. Our vet thinks Aspen has a fungal infection or little tumors or something. She goes back Thursday morning to have a biopsy taken. Please send positive vibes to our girl – we want her healthy! We are SUPER impressed with Galloway Village Veterinary. They are taking such great care of both of our girls.

Poor girl was not happy.

These corn tortillas are some of the best I’ve had. I made a quick dinner before I left for a bowling fundraiser. They had pizza for us there, but I’m trying not to eat a ton of dairy, so I decided to make my own dinner before I went. I just threw together a bunch of stuff we had in the fridge.
Picture

I posted about their seafood seasoning earlier – they also have a taco seasoning (plus a ton more). All of the ones I have had are SO delicious. I sprinkled a little of this on top of my tacos last night.

I topped the tortillas with spinach, onion, banana peppers, dairy-free cheeses, and Primal Palate taco seasoning. They were delicious.

This dinner took about 15 minutes to make from start to finish. Heck yes. I need to remember this one!

These were super yummy.

I got some new LipSense colors! This one is called Luv It. Sorry for the very up-close photo. I got a little carried away. ; )

I love bowling, but bowling shoes always gross me out a little bit. I know they spray them and everything, but I have a weird thing about wearing other peoples’ shoes. I just can’t do it. I had sandals on and totally left the socks I was going to bring on our dresser, so I raced home to get them. No way was I wearing bowling shoes without my own socks.

Katie LOVES pictures.

We weren’t terrible! But we weren’t great, either. I’m not sure what place we ended up getting, but we had a blast.

More computer work for me today! I’m going to run in a little bit. I guess I turned my alarm off this morning? No clue how that happened, but it did. So, I’m going to knock out some work then get my run in. It’ll be a nice brain break!
Ooooh, did anyone get any super awesome deals on Prime Day?? I finally got TRX straps!! I am SO pumped.
Happy Wednesday, friends!
