Tuesday morning started with some sleeping in and a breakfast date with my grandparents and Momma. We went to Early Bird, which was delicious.
After breakfast, Lu and I ran some errands. She was pretty stoked to be in the car.
She gives wet willies. ALL the damn time. She’s sneaky about it, too.
Living her best life. Windows down, hair blowing in the wind. Yes, I said hair and not fur. Lu is human.
This is how you know the Christmas outfit has to be returned. She wouldn’t move. Pure hatred.
I made another smoothie with that Vega Salted Caramel protein. It’s SO good. I ordered a huge container of it off Amazon, too. I’m obsessed.
I also had the leftovers from my breakfast with my smoothie.
My poor Grandma Carlene (not the one that is visiting from Florida) fell and broke her ankle yesterday. I feel so bad for her! We are keeping our fingers crossed that she won’t need surgery.
Dinner was leftover sweet potato and steak nachos and a salad.
We finally decorated our Christmas tree! And I finished wrapping all of our presents.
I got up and headed to the Y for some pool running this morning.
I had the pool to myself for about 30 minutes. That was really nice!
I have water proof headphones, so I listened to this podcast while I pool ran. I LOVE Des Linden, so any time Lindsey has her on her podcast, I geek out. This podcast is awesome, check it out if you haven’t already!
I did 45 minutes of pool running then sat in the sauna for 20 minutes. So. Sweaty.
After pool running and sweating like crazy in the sauna, I dried off, bundled up, and headed home!
Today I am celebrating two very special women – Happy Birthday, Aunt Margo!!! I love you! I hope you have a wonderful day!
Happy Birthday to Rosa Lee, Jake’s Grandma. We love you lots and hope your day is amazing!
I’m off to bake cookies with my Mom, sister, and Grandma. I love cookie dough, so I’m going to try and limit my intake…maybe…
TWO more days until graduation!!!!
Happy Wednesday, friends!

Love your pictures. Thank you for coming when I needed you.
Are those sweet potato tator tots?? I wish more restaurants would serve tator tots because I freaking LOVE them! I might even like them more than breakfast potatoes and that is saying a LOT!!
p.s. I can’t wait to read your graduation recap!
