I have never been a La Croix fan. I don’t usually like carbonated drinks, then add the barely there flavors, I just didn’t like them. BUT, I cannot stop drinking this! The coconut is definitely my favorite. So delicious.
I gave in to a major weakness yesterday – Skinny POP popcorn. I used to eat this stuff by the bag…I saw it on sale at the store and just couldn’t resist. I added it to my lunch yesterday. I love it because it’s low calorie for a big serving. I am a snacker, so it’s perfect for me!
This is literally how I feel any time I have to go to the grocery store after my initial meal prep trip on Sunday. This is also when I end up buying Skinny Pop popcorn…no regrets.
After my run yesterday, I was pretty worn out. I did a little strength training, then moved to the floor to do abs and some stretching. That didn’t last long…Rhea sure loves cuddles. I have had a few people ask how we pronounce her name – it’s Ray-a.

I made stuffed pepper soup on Sunday in the crockpot. I am finishing it up and I swear it just gets better each day it sits. I followed THIS recipe. I don’t have an Instant Pot, but the crockpot worked perfectly. So good! Also, oyster crackers are another one of my weaknesses. I LOVE them. So much. This isn’t even half of the crackers I ate last night…

Every. Single. Night. My feet are always freezing when we go to bed. I think Jake loves when I do this to him.
I woke up to meet some girlfriends to run, but I had an angry knee, so I told them I was going to skip my run and do some maintenance. My knee has been feeling a little tender for the past week, so I’m trying to stay on top of it. Isn’t it crazy how you can be so good about strength training, stretching, rolling, etc., but as soon as you start to feel like you can back off from that stuff, BAM, your body gets angry? I need to just stay consistent ALL the time. That’s definitely an area where I struggle. So, I’m telling you that I’m going to do the maintenance EVERY day. This is my accountability group! It’s going to happen.
I got in a solid 30 seconds before Rhea came over. She laid like this the entire time I used my lacrosse ball. She didn’t seem to mind the constant moving – HA! And yes, I’m still wearing Christmas jammies…
