Something new + favorite snack + homemade pizza!

When your coach and the nutritionist of Wahoo Running tell you to try a product, you try the product. I’m excited to try these out during my next long run if I have any cramping. I had terrible cramps in my legs during my last marathon, so I would love to avoid that in April.
Not the prettiest breakfast, but it’s tasty! I think we are going to do something without eggs next week – maybe baked oatmeal muffins? Eggs have been bothering my stomach lately.
I spent the morning at the library. Whenever I used to go to the library during my dissertation, I treated myself to a soy milk latte. I had to do the same yesterday. It was just as good as I remembered.
After the library, I came home and started prepping lunch. I realized I had some leftover broccoli, which bad been delicious, so I was excited to add it to my lunch. I warmed it up in the microwave, but when I grabbed the container, it was way hotter than I expected. I guess I shifted it weird and it dropped and shattered. Glass and broccoli all over the place. Effffff.
Lunch was tuna tacos and salad…broccoli sure would’ve been good with this…
I ran to the store to get a few things and these fruit snacks were on sale. I’d been craving gummy worms, so I grabbed a box of these. I had forgotten how much I loved fruit snacks.
This is one of my favorite snacks! I have been trying to stay away from dairy, so I used coconut yogurt as the base, then added in a banana, chia seeds, honey, protein powder, and collagen.
It’s not as pretty, but here it is all mixed together. So delicious and definitely tastes like a treat.
I spent about 3 hours grading last night, then made a pizza. The crust was topped with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, spinach, onion, pepperoni, and apple chicken sausage. I baked the pizza with a balsamic glaze on top, too.
i ate half of the pizza…whoops! It was just so good.
We had some relaxing girl time on the couch before bed. Rhea got invited up, so she joined us on the couch. She didn’t stay there long – she definitely prefers her own bed.
I’ve got a few errands to run today, then it’s time to celebrate one of my oldest friends (as in we have been friends FOREVER, not her age)! She turns 30 today – Happy Birthday, Cass! Here’s a throwback picture of us in high school. Ha!
Happy Friday, friends!

That is right! If your nutritionist has instructed you to try something new, you should be there and try something new. You never know, it could benefit you a lot. By the way, having a nutritionist means there is someone who watch your food in take. It doesn’t mean that you need to be strict on the food you eat, it’s just that the right food has to be eaten by you. It is a special program especially designed for you. By the way, the food you had are just too enticing!
