Strength training + YUM + garage sale-ing…

I just love food. So much. This egg casserole has been hitting the spot in the morning. 
Since I ended up sleeping in Wednesday morning, I headed to the Y mid-morning to spend some time on the rower and knock out some strength work. I had this little area all to myself, which was so nice. 
I had zero pain in the rower! I was STOKED! I am still being careful with my foot, but it feels good to be able to do some other things. I miss running like crazy, but I am trying to make the best of the next few weeks. 
My glutes are super weak, so I’m working on strengthening them, my ankles, and my feet. I think once my glutes are stronger, everything else will follow suit. When I went to that running retreat in Boulder over the summer, we had a PT come and talk to us about running injuries and she said that most injuries are due to weak glutes. I loved listening to her speak – maybe I should email her and get some tips.
This smoothie was BOMB. I am loving hemp hearts right now.

Guys….garage sales are a lot of work. Luckily, we have sold a TON! Which is why this post is up a little late. We’ve been working in the garage all day!
Dinner last night was leftover meatballs and sweets and beets, and a spinach salad. It was delicious. 
Back to my garage sale!
