Easy meals + better than nothing + this week is flying!

This little furball was living her best life in the sunshine yesterday – her sister was out in the backyard. All dang day. Less hair to vacuum up that way! Ha!

I had meetings all day yesterday. Literally all day. I slept in, so I didn’t run before my day started. The last thing I wanted to do was run, but I knew it would make me feel better. I hopped on the treadmill and knocked out two miles. It’s felt SO good to move. Something is better than nothing!

After my run, I made lunch and hopped onto another video conference. Lunch was an adult Lunchable – tuna, crackers, and pepper Jack cheese. Mmm.

This made me laugh super hard. I love peanut butter.

I had an afternoon snack of peanut butter and an apple before knocking out my lifting workout.

Dinner was leftover spaghetti squash and tomato sauce with ground elk. This dinner hit the spot.

None of us felt like running when we met this morning. We sure were glad when we finished! We knocked out 6 miles in the sunshine. At least one thing is staying consistent…we have no clue how to take social distancing pictures…

I was starving when I got home, so I made a huge egg scramble with turkey and dairy-free cheese. Plus some beer bread. It’s so dang good.

I came to my parents’ house to work this morning while a photographer takes interior pictures of our house since it’s for sale. I loaded up the girls and took them with me. I will knock out a few meetings here before heading back home.

My brother-in-law made this cute little picnic table for the squirrels at my parents’ house. Isn’t it adorable?? Sorry for the low quality picture…I took this through a window.
