Rhea has a new obsession – a racquetball. She just carries it around the house with her or sprawls out like this. She’s a hot mess.
Breakfast Monday morning was this deliciousness – steel-cut oats with brown sugar, an egg scramble, and turkey sausage. Mmm.
It stormed for a good portion of the day yesterday. Both of our girls were scared and they stayed like this for a long time. I stayed busy on the computer, cleaning the house, and reading. It was a productive Monday!
I am so happy I prepped lunches this week! Fish and veggies – one of my favorites. It looks boring, but I promise it’s delicious. I used Primal Palate’s Seafood seasoning on the fish, and ghee and coconut aminos on the veggies. This lunch had SO much flavor! I topped my veggies with a little nutritional yeast, too.
A couple hours after lunch, I had this goodness as snack – a Granny Smith apple with cinnamon, a 100 calorie popcorn bag, and my Orange Zevia.
Once I was finished with meetings for the day, I did an Epsom salt soak, a spray tan, and then curled up on the couch to read. It was an amazing afternoon!
I am LOVING this smoothie. I made BBQ chicken, sweet potato fries, and salad for dinner for Jake, but I was craving a smoothie, so that’s what I had! Plus some carrots with PB2 and a couple sweet potato fries. My smoothie has spinach, half a banana, ice, chocolate almond milk, collagen, protein powder, super greens, and is topped with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. So dang gooooood.
This smoothie tastes like dessert.
7 miles with these babes this morning! My legs are still pretty trashed from our 16 trail miles on Saturday, but it was wonderful to run with these gals and catch up. Super thankful for them!
Happy Tuesday, friends!
