I need to make this breakfast again + headaches + galpal date!

Lunch Tuesday was a garden veggie wrap with lettuce, a little mayo, tofu, and Sriracha. I also had a little cauliflower risotto. I found it frozen at the grocery store and it is SO good. I added a little coconut aminos to it and it hit the spot!


I spent all day Thursday on the computer. I got a lot finished, but was very ready to get out and run some errands when I was finished with my work. I found these delicious things at Sam’s, too. I used to buy them all the time. I may or may not have opened them in the parking lot…I have had the worst headache all week. I think it’s allergies, but it’s no fun and nothing seems to help it. Anyone have a headache remedy??


We had an impromptu girls’ night Thursday that consisted of dinner at Cesar’s. Alex finally got to try their champagne margarita and she was just as obsessed with it as I am.


We had a blast! Kayla said she hadn’t been to Cesar’s since December, so she was very much in need of their delicious food and drinks.


I got something new – a burrito! This thing was massive. I ate about a third of this and was so stuffed. I saved the rest for leftovers, which is going to be amazing.


Sorry I ruin things…at least they’re cute!


After dinner, we went back to my apartment for a little bit and Alex worked on a sore spot on Kayla’s back. They couldn’t stop laughing long enough for me to get a picture. Alex is an athletic trainer and can fix anyone. She’s the best!


I have a massage today and I cannot wait. I have been looking forward to it for the past two weeks. After my massage, it’s time to work work work! I need to start building the courses for my fall semester, so that’s going to take some time. As of right now, I have three courses, so I need to get a jump start on putting them together.
