Monday morning started with 6 miles. Rhea ran 4 miles with me and Lu did 2. So many people stopped us on the trail and commented on how happy the girls looked. It made me laugh because it’s so true. I think Rhea smiled the entire time we were running.
I was super thankful I finally meal prepped for the week. I was hungry when we finished our miles, so I threw some oats, hemp milk, chia seeds, flax seeds, peanut butter, and blueberries into a bowl and chowed down.
This breakfast is the BOMB.
I spent Monday working on building my third class for the fall. I am almost a third of the way through it. If I can get it finished this week, I will be a week ahead of schedule! I am so excited for the semester to start. It’s going to be crazy busy, but so dang awesome.
I found both of these at Mama Jean’s. They’re SO good. I think the salt and vinegar bean chips are my favorite.
These are super good, too, just reallllll salty.
Lunch was bunch of leftovers in a bowl – which I love. Quinoa, lentils, a little ground turkey, broccoli, carrot fries, and dairy-free cheese. MMMM.
This what I get for bragging about my clear skin (aaaaand eating dairy). If I eat dairy, I ALWAYS get a zit within 2-3 days. ALWAYS. The Papa John’s pizza on Friday was delicious, but I’m not sure if it was worth it…this zit hurts.
I was craving sushi, so when Jake left for work Monday, that’s what I ordered and picked up. It was delicious. I think we are slowly adjusting to his new work hours…maybe.
Happy Tuesday, friends!
