Make this breakfast bowl + this graphic speaks the truth + a few fun finds!

We have been enjoying oatmeal bowls this week for breakfast. They. Are. Delicious. And so easy! I made a bunch of oatmeal when I meal prepped – it will keep for a week in the fridge, so we like to do this instead of cooking it every morning. We do this with steel cut oats, too. Anyway, mix together some of the cooked oats (maybe half a cup or so?), pour hemp milk (or whatever milk you like) over the oats and microwave. Top with whatever you like – ours have peanut butter, frozen blueberries, chia seeds, flax seeds, and honey. YUM. As the blueberries thaw, the milk turns purple. I love it. Peep Rhea…

Lu had a pretty rough morning of eating breakfast, so she needed a lot of naps throughout the day. I love when she sleeps with her little paws crossed.

THIS. I got spanked growing up. A lot. I 100% deserved it every single time. One time, my Mom put me in time out, and when she walked away, I stuck my tongue out at her. Well, my Dad had just gotten home from work and saw the whole thing. Whoops. I got spanked for that, rightfully so. Time out didn’t work for me.

I was feeling lazy with food yesterday, so I heated up a frozen veggie burrito for lunch. I topped it with some dairy-free cheese and Sriracha. It was super delicious!

I spent the rest of the day on the computer. Jake picked up two shifts at work, so he worked from 8AM to midnight. The girls and I went to meet him for a quick dinner, so that was super nice. I picked up our favorite Pad Thai with tofu and fresh spring rolls from Everyday Thai to take to him. After our little dinner date, it was back home and into bed. I was super cold last night, so I piled on a few extra blankets. I woke up SO hot about 2AM and chucked everything off the bed. HA! The girls liked having the extra blankets on the bed, I think.

Here are a few fun finds for you!
These are my all-time favorite pens. I have used them for over a year now and I love them. They write super smooth, don’t smear or bleed through, and come in all the best colors.

I get the most messages about collagen. This is the one I have used for almost three years now. I have ventured out and tried others, but this one is my favorite, so always come back to it. It is unflavored, which is perfect because you can add it to anything. I like to put it in coffee, oatmeal, yogurt, etc. Collagen is great for improving skin elasticity, joints, hair and nail growth, just to name a few.

These are the gels I swear by. I have tried SO many gels and these are one of the only ones that don’t upset my stomach while running or riding. They come in a bunch of  different flavors. I think the mango is my absolute favorite, but there isn’t a flavor that I would turn down.

These are the resistance bands I have had for a couple of years. I love them. I use them during workouts or as a warm-up before a run.

We got a FireStick for Christmas a few years ago from Jake’s aunt and uncle (thank you, Chris and Michelle!!!) and we still use it every day. I am a Netflix junky, so this is one of my favorite gadgets.

Lulu is a psycho when it comes to meals. She eats so dang fast and then can’t breathe. It’s ridiculous. I got this bowl for her and it has helped! She still manages to eat faster than Rhea, but this slows her down a little bit.

Happy Friday, friends!
