Aaaand that’s a wrap on the week!

I slept in until 8:45 Thursday morning. EIGHT FORTY-FIVE! Almost 9 o’clock. I couldn’t believe it. It just felt so good to lay in bed. Jake and the girls stayed and cuddled with me, too. When we finally did get up, we had breakfast and I did a little meal prep. Adding sweet potato slices (Japanese sweet potatoes and purple sweet potatoes) sure did make these sandwiches more filling.

I worked all morning. I was either on my computer, doing laundry, cleaning the apartment, or doing more meal prep. Before I knew it, it was time for lunch. I didn’t have much to choose from, so I ate a bunch of random things that were left over in our fridge. Tofu, black beans, a cheese stick, chips, and dates. Random but delicious.

After lunch, I worked out, then I had a meeting at 3PM. I was feeling like all I had done was sit around, so I paced our apartment while I was in my meeting. I can’t wait to be in our house and have my treadmill back. This meeting would’ve been the perfect opportunity to walk on the treadmill.

I took a dinner break and had another random plate of goodness…chicken nuggets, broccoli bites, and pita chips with hummus. I love our AirFryer. It’s so nice to toss frozen food into it and cook it in 10 minutes.

I have a ton of work to do this weekend, so I am ready to be productive! It’s my last weekend as a 31 year old, too. My birthday is next Thursday, which I can’t believe. This last year flew by!
