I headed out for a 6-miles Tuesday morning once the rain started to die down. I sprinkled on me the first 4 miles, but the rain stopped after that.
I almost left Rhea at home – I didn’t think she’d enjoy running in the rain – boy was I wrong. I think she smiled the entire time. This girl sure loves to run.
I love these views. We are so lucky to live in such a gorgeous area.
After my run, I made breakfast burritos. These have a piece of bacon, mushrooms, a veggie breakfast patty, dairy-free cheese, and eggs. The bacon makes these extra delicious.
After breakfast, I spent some time on the computer, then headed to the gym. It was leg day and we had a great workout. I have the Bass Pro half on Sunday, so I am not lifting super heavy this week. I don’t want to be sore for the race.
I spent the rest of the day on the computer. I am almost finished building one of my three spring courses, so that feels good. Dinner was bacon wrapped chicken breast, cauli rice and peas, and sweet tater fries.
I had a headache yesterday, so I spent the evening working on the couch. I stopped working around 8PM, so the girls and I cuddled and watched Netflix.
I got these at Mama Jean’s for our backpacking trip and they’re delicious. Honey Sriracha Cashews. YUM. The perfect blend of sweet and spicy.
I sent this to Jake last night and he said it made him laugh super hard. I think he would be okay with either dinner situation.
Happy Wednesday, friends!
