My latest creation – the salad burrito. You make a burrito, then pile it high with a salad. You enjoy the salad first, then wrap your burrito. I think this is one of my best ideas. ; ) This one has a tortilla, ground turkey, sweet corn, black beans, cheese, lettuce, jalps, salsa, and cherry tomatoes.
I didn’t feel great yesterday, so I spent most of the day in bed after I went to the gym. I managed to get quite a bit of work accomplished in-between napping, so that was nice. Lulu stuck by my side the entire time.
Jake painted the shower door to match the rest of the black things in the bathroom we’ve been working on. I love how this turned out!

I was so thankful dinner was already cooked – more zucchini lasagna with garlic bread and a salad for Jake.
Dinner was followed by the rest of my chocolate pie from St. George’s. So delicious.
My legs have been super sore this week, so I foam rolled while we watched a movie. We watched Date Night last night and it was pretty funny! It has Tina Fey and Steve Carell in it.
Jake and I are going to enjoy some trail this morning, then I will work until my MASSAGE later today! I am SO excited about getting a massage.
