Mondays are always my busiest day since I do all my grading Monday morning. Soooo, I only have pictures of food from yesterday, HA! Oh, and a little update on our front yard – yay! Breakfast was a bowl of GF oats, a little honey, peanut butter, strawberries, and blueberries. Eaten while working on my computer.
I took a lunch break and had a grilled cheese, corn chips, and half an avocado. The Wickles spicy red sandwich spread is SO good on corn chips. I told you I am addicted to anything Wickles.
Dinner was egg salad in a brown rice wrap – yum.
Check out our front yard! It’s finally starting to look like a yard again. We won’t plant anything in our flower beds until fall, but having some grass again helps our house not look so ugly.
Here are some of my recent favorite finds. It’s also day two of Prime Day and some of these are suuuuper good deals. Just click the picture of each item to be taken to Amazon.
This Kindle Paperwhite is normally $129.99, but with Prime savings, it has dropped down to $79.99! Such a great deal if you’re looking for a reader.
I love a good romper, especially if it’s comfortable – so many are uncomfortable. I have this one in navy (a medium, but could’ve done a small). It runs pretty true to size, maybe a teeny bit on the bigger side, so if you’re in-between sized, I’d size down. It also has pockets! Win-win.
I have used Damn Girl mascara by Two Faced for about two years. It’s a little pricey, so I’ve been on the lookout for something comparable. This stuff is awesome – L’Oreal Paris Lash Paradise. It works just like my Damn Girl and it’s $7.48.
This is the only bra I wear (other than sports bras). I have it in nude and black. It runs pretty true to size – I am between a C and a D and order a C in these bras. I have used them for over three years and don’t see signs of stopping.
I have been wearing this headband so much lately. I love that it isn’t super tight on my head, so it doesn’t give me a headache. Plus, I love the boho look.
These overalls are adorable and super comfortable. I got them in a medium (I’m usually a 4/6 in bottoms) and love the fit. I hang dry them because if they were to shrink at all, they’re be shorter than I want.
Jake has been using this charger for his phone for about two months now and he loves it. It is so nice to just set your phone down on the charger and let it do it’s thing. The charging port on Jake’s phone is broken, so it was either use one of these, or get a new phone. I don’t know that he’ll ever go back to not using one of these…
Happy Tuesday, friends!
