Afternoon bed cuddles with Lu after a shower and some self tanner.
This Reliefband has changed my life. It was delivered about 2PM yesterday. I put it on the second I opened the box and within seconds my nausea went away. I was shocked. I had been so skeptical about it and told Jake I’d probably end up returning it. On the box, it says the Reliefband can help ease nausea caused from the following: air sickness, car sickness, sea sickness, pregnancy, chemotherapy post-operative, migraines, anxiety, and hangovers. I’ve only used it to ease morning sickness nausea, but it worked immediately for me.
You are able to choose the intensity of the pulses that you need. The pulses travel from the median nerve to your brain, then into your stomach to help with nausea.
Here’s a graphic that shows how it work.
Here’s a link to the Reliefband if you want to learn more about it. It gets 5 stars from me!
Look at me go! I had salad TWO nights in a row. Noodles with butter and cheese are delicious.
I just started this book. I wasn’t sure if I’d like it after reading the insert, but WOW. I couldn’t put it down last night. I accidentally stayed up until 10:30 reading…it’s SO good.
Cereal before the gym this morning. I had a hard time lifting today. I had zero energy and just wasn’t feeling motivated. BUT, I knew doing SOMETHING would make me feel better, so I lifted light and rested when I needed to.
I NEEDED a cinnamon roll after the gym, so I grabbed one on my way home. It was amazing.
Happy Friday Eve, friends!
