I ran errands Monday morning, so the girls went with me. Rhea did not feel like being in the picture.

My mom was going to throw out some chocolate cake, so I rescued it. It is amazing. I’m not sure how I got frosting on my nose in this picture, but it doesn’t really surprise me.

I have taken a nap every day this week and it has been marvelous. I am pretty uncomfortable when I am on my side (it feels like my belly could rip off), so I use a pillow to prop up my belly. I have a big pregnancy pillow, but it annoys me and I wake up to it on the floor every night, so I have switched to just using regular pillows. It works!

I am so thankful we live in Missouri where our weather is so unpredictable. My feet are super swollen, so all I can wear are sandals or Uggs. It works out perfectly since one day it is in the 60s and the next it is snowing. ; )

Monday night, my friend, Adrienne, hosted a mother daughter dinner. How beautiful is her table? She made the most delicious soup and salad and her mom made an incredible dessert. I failed to get a picture of the four of us, but this dinner was outstanding.

Rhea is always resting her head on something. I was reading in my recliner and looked over and this is what she was doing. She is such a goof. No one was sitting over there. It was just the two of us in the living room…

While I was working in my office Tuesday morning, this little girl took a snooze. I think she loves that we put our old bed in this room.

I am slowly working on freezer meals. Yesterday, I prepped a bunch of breakfast burritos and made two Mexican bake casseroles. We will eat on one of these this week and freeze the other one. I figure if I can slowly fill our freezer, I won’t feel overwhelmed with trying to prep a bunch of meals all at once.

We don’t usually allow these two in the kitchen while we are cooking, but I couldn’t help myself from documenting this. If food is involved, they are never far from our side.

My belly is the perfect size for holding bowls of food. I’m still on a cereal kick…

Dinner last night was baked chicken tacos. We have a bunch of leftover shredded chicken, so I’m going to make chicken enchiladas to put in the freezer. Win-win!

More chocolate cake resting on my belly shelf.

I had another monitoring appointment this morning. Everything is still looking great! Baby boy is still Frank Breech and was holding on to one of his ankles and pressing his foot against his forehead. HA! I think he is pretty comfy where he is. It is so crazy to think that two weeks from today, we will get to hold him. I have one more monitoring appointment next Wednesday, then our C-section is scheduled for that next Wednesday. 14 days!

Jake just got home from working all night and is probably going to crawl into bed. I am also exhausted, so I’m going to join him for a little nap. I don’t seem to get any energy until around 2 or 3pm each day, so my mornings have been pretty slow and usually contain a nap. I don’t hate it!
Happy Wednesday, friends!
