I know, I know… It has been forever since I have blogged. I am not going to make any promises about how often I will get posts up, but I am going to try to slowly get back into it because I miss blogging. things are so great with us. Being a mom is five bajillion times better than I ever thought possible. We had no idea what we were missing before Cooper was here. I cannot believe he is seven weeks old already. Here is some Cooper spam from the first month of his life.

We celebrated my dad‘s birthday when Cooper was 10 days old. Eleanor is the best big cousin.

We read our first book together and I loved it. I think little man loved it too.

This was the onesie I gave to Jake when I told him I was pregnant. I loved seeing our little miracle in it.

Lu and Rhea are both obsessed with their little brother.

He has the most beautiful big blue eyes. I spend most of my days just staring at him.

We took some newborn photos when he was two weeks old and I love them so much. I cannot stop looking at them and I cannot believe how little he was.

I went back to work after 3 1/2 weeks. I would not have gone back that soon if I wasn’t able to work from home. Things have been going really smoothly and we are making it work. Cooper sits in on a lot of my Zoom meetings and my colleagues love getting to see him. This is what most of my work days look like right now.

We have had a blast taking Cooper to our favorite breweries around town. He is the absolute best baby and is so chill. We feel so so blessed.

Here is his one month photo. He is already seven weeks, like I said earlier, but this post has a bunch of pictures from his first month. I still can’t believe he is ours.

I started back to running and working out this week and it has been so incredible. I had not done any running since last May, which I still can’t believe. I am taking things super slow and really working on easing back into things, but it feels so good to be running again.

I feel like I have healed from my C-section really well. The first three weeks were pretty rough, but after that I started to feel so much better.
Happy Friday Eve, friends. It’s good to be back!
