This boy and his cuddles…they’re the best.

We still need to finish the trim, paint the door, and hang a picture above the toilet, but this bathroom is just about finished! It’s SO nice to have a bathroom on this side of our house again.

I can’t believe this is what the bathroom used to look like…plus some carpet that we had already ripped out.

This is a recovery week, so I have easy runs all week. We headed out for an easy 45 minute run yesterday late morning. It was HUMID, but my runs are feeling better every day.

He sleeps for most runs. I need to count up how many miles we have gotten in together.

This lunch is delicious – Chicken, quinoa, broccoli, a little bbq sauce, and nutritional yeast.

This little chunk weighs 18 pounds! We finally put batteries in our scale and weighed him. He’s growing like crazy!

I can’t believe I never thought to do this…Coop wants to sit up ALL the time. He’s not quite ready to do it on his own yet, but he’s definitely trying. I strapped him into his high chair (he was completely secure and couldn’t go anywhere), but he was so excited. I think he felt like he was finally sitting up on his own. And I was able to knock out some things in the kitchen. Win-win.

This SnuggleMe has been so great for couch naps while I work.

We headed to a birthday party last night. Coop loved hanging with all the ladies.

They started on the first coat of our paint color yesterday! It’s a suuuuper dark charcoal. All the rain we have been having has put a damper on the painting, but it’s coming along.

I had a clogged milk duct last night and it was one of the most painful things. I had not had one in my four months of breast feeding. I finally got it unclogged this morning and I have never been more relieved. I ended up using my Haakaa with hot water and Epsom salt multiple times, pumping, heat, massage, and having Coop nurse on that side. I was trying everything to get it unclogged because I do not want mastitis. I hope I can avoid another one!
Happy Wednesday, friends!
