The cutest little napper there ever was…except he’s been boycotting naps and will only snooze for about 20-30 minutes at a time…

He also gives the best snugs.

We did a little meal prep Monday afternoon. My sous chef eventually fell asleep on the job, but I enjoyed the extra cuddles.

Lunches this week are a Paleo version of chicken salad. It is delicious.

For dinner Monday night, we grabbed sandwiches from Mr. Goodcents and headed to 4 By 4 to eat outside and sip some delicious beer.

Tuesday morning, we got up early to knock out my workout run before it got super hot.

You know you’re a work from home mama when your dining room looks like this…ha! I was working from the couch in the living room, but I moved to the table and it is much easier.

We headed to the track to do my workout run. It is definitely interesting to do a track workout while pushing the stroller. I was able to hit all of my paces, though, so I am going to call that a win! I am starting to feel stronger with each run.

Cooper loves this little seat. He feels like he’s sitting up on his own, but it still gives him the support he needs. We have this one: https://amzn.to/3bkzqQo

Chicken salad wrap with plantain chips for lunch.

Working lunch with my best dude.

Sometimes you just need ALL your toys to help you nap in the car.

Dinner was a huge fail. I found a Paleo Alfredo sauce, so made spaghetti squash and ground turkey to mix it with. It was gross. Jake didn’t mind it, but I ate everything but the main dish. Oh well! We’re having it again tonight…

This little girl is still confined to her kennel and this mesh cage, but she seems to be in good spirits and goes back to the vet next week to check on her progress! Fingers crossed.

I FINALLY finished building one of my fall classes. I completely redid the course and it took me FOREVER. It feels good to get that knocked out. Now to focus on the two I’m teaching right now and get my second one for fall ready to go.
Happy Wednesday, friends!
