We had a fun pool date with Katie and Otis Monday afternoon. I can’t wait for our next one!
This lunch has been delicious. Spinach, chicken, chickpea pasta, and ranch. Yum.
Dinner Monday night was one of my favorites – bacon wrapped chicken breast, dipped in brown sugar and chili powder. It’s also super delicious on salmon. I cooked it in the AirFryer for the first time and it was much better than the oven. The bacon got perfectly crispy.
We also had my favorite broccoli – ghee, coconut aminos, garlic powder, and Everything but the Bagel seasoning.
He’s the cutest little sleeper. And definitely about to outgrow his bassinet…
We got up early Tuesday to knock out my run before it got hot. Little man took his morning nap while I ran. His little crossed hands…so precious.
I had a 90 minute tempo run yesterday, and we just about made it all the way through. Little man got hungry with about 12 minutes left in my cool down, so we took a little break for him to eat.
All smiles with a full belly.
After my run, I knocked out my strength workout, too. I missed getting to snuggle Cooper while I ran and worked out, so I held him for his afternoon nap. I think we both loved it. He snoozed for two whole hours.
My sister and brother-in-law found out what they are having in February! Eleanor was really hoping for a turtle, but she didn’t seem too disappointed when we told her it was definitely a baby.
I think my mom and sister have a few people they want to tell, but I will share what they are having on Friday! I had so much fun getting to tell everyone. I got sugar cookies, vanilla frosting, and sprinkles. I got sprinkles in both colors because I wanted to be prepared as soon as I got the email with the results. I frosted cookies for everyone and then Eleanor dumped the sprinkles on top of the frosting while everyone had their eyes closed. She had so much fun helping me with this. I love that she is also covering her eyes in this photo. We love you already, baby H!
Happy Wednesday, friends!
