This weekend was such a fun one. We got lots of family bike rides in, which was a blast.

Friday night, we rode to Great Escape and ordered dinner from The Rock next door. Coop was jealous of my pizza.

Saturday morning, Coop and I headed out for a walk. I think I smiled the entire time! I have not been able to walk pain-free for about five weeks. It was amazing!!

Lunch was delicious – rotisserie chicken tacos and salad. Yummmmm.

Someone tried cottage cheese for the first time. He wasn’t sure about the texture, but seemed to like the taste.

After lunch, the two of us crawled into bed and took a little nap. It was amazing.

We headed to Oktoberfest later in the day and Coop got to see one of his best buddies, Jett.

They had a sausage food truck and the food was outstanding. Jake and I shared all this deliciousness.

Coop danced with his daddy and loved it.

It was a successful Oktoberfest!

We grabbed dinner at Galloway and ran into my high school cross country coach. Coach Russo is the man responsible for my love of running!

We got some good couch cuddles in before bed.

Sunday morning started with another family bike ride. This kid loves his bike trailer.

We made a little pit stop to get coffee at Kingdom Coffee. We sat outside and enjoyed the amazing weather.

Little man passed out on our ride home. We ended up with a little over 10 miles for the day!

Jake went to golf with my dad and his dads Sunday afternoon, so Coop and I hung out at home. Lunch was another chicken taco and a salad.

I caught Coop pressing his face against his pack’n play and giggling. I couldn’t stop laughing. This kid…he’s literally the best.

We had a super productive Sunday, which is my favorite way to spend the day. I did laundry, cleaned the house, went through some of Coop’s clothes, and meal prepped. We’re having chicken, broccoli, and quinoa bowls this week.

It has started…someone is about ready to pull himself up. He was pretty dang excited about it.

We headed to dinner at Brew Co with Jake’s family last night.

I love this color so much for fall. I got this top at Target over the summer.

Mom and dad date time once baby boy went to bed.

I get to try running today!! I cannot wait. I haven’t tried any running since August 27th. A whole dang month. Woof. I can’t wait to see how things feel!
Happy Monday, friends!
