This kid is such a goof. We spend a lot of time on the floor in his nursery and he always cracks me up.
I usually knock out my PT exercises in-between playing.
These poke bowls for lunch are incredible. These may need to be a new staple in our house. they have quinoa, brown rice, broccoli, chicken, pickled onion, pineapple, soy beans, and Sriracha mayo. YUM.
Coop started swim lessons this week! I was pretty nervous about these, but so far, he is doing so great. We are going to Tiny Fins Survival Swim.
He only fussed a few times the first night, so we are calling that a win.
He passed out the second we got back into the car.
Then it was back home to eat dinner before bed. He inhaled a bunch of turkey and loved it.
He is still a big fan of his big boy cup.
I was emotional putting him to bed Monday night. Time is going by way too fast and he is growing so quickly.
I got up early Tuesday morning to knock out my run. I did a little bit of glute activation and my PT exercises before Rhea and I headed out the door.
I did a five minute run with a minute walk until I hit 45 minutes total. I ended the morning with a little over four miles, which was my longest run in over a month. I felt so good!
Another day, another poke bowl!
We got some good snuggles in before my afternoon meeting.
After my meeting, we hopped in the car and headed to my dentist appointment. Coop passed out with Sophie‘s leg in his mouth. I could not stop laughing at him.
I love these for trying a variety of meat right now. Coop had bison last night and ate this entire pouch in record time.
This kid loves to eat.
After dinner, we headed to our second night of swim.
Look closely at this picture, and you can see the huge smile on Coop’s face. I think he loves it!
Happy Wednesday, friends!
