Wellllll, things have changed drastically. Wednesday afternoon about 2:30pm, I got an email from our clinic in STL saying they were canceling the HSG because they have determined the mass is indeed Hydrosalpinx. About 3pm, I get a phone call from the clinic here. The doctor here in town and I talked for 45 minutes. He and my IVF doctor have decided I need surgery to remove my left fallopian tube and maybe the ovary. My tube is full of fluid (called Hydrosalpinx) and has grown from like 4mm x 3mm x 7mm to 10mm x 7mm x 15mm and has filled from 120ish ccs to 560ccs or something crazy like that. He thinks it’s benign, but wants me to get it taken out asap. I also want it out. Now. I don’t have an update on when surgery will be, but I am praying it happens early next week. I don’t need my tube or ovary for IVF, so we will still be able to do our transfer, but I am so frustrated with our clinic and their lack or checking into this issue when we first noticed it almost three weeks ago. Just a friendly reminder to never stop advocating for yourself! Once I have more information, I will update here and on the socials.
Now for some fun stuff – this kid loves to sit in my pans.

This little thing is the best for getting dog hair off the couch
. I try not to let our dogs on the couch very often, but they obviously still get on here. I use this to push it all in small piles and then I vacuum it up. 10/10 from me! You can find it HERE.

This kid loves Paw Patrol. And I have to admit, I kind of do, too. I love when he sprawls out like this in his playpen.

Coop has started to say bath, but he says, ‘daf’ and it’s so dang cute.

Wednesday afternoon we got out for a little run/walk. I’m just listening to my body right now and going on how I feel each day. Coop munched on Goldfish while I ran.

We had stuffed peppers for dinner Wednesday night. They were delicious.

Thursday morning started with a car nap for Coop, a few hours of work for me, then a run and some lifting. Coop passed out during my run, so I was able to knock out my strength work right after, which was nice. I am sore today!

Lots of snuggles and snacks while we waited for Jake to get home from work.

We did some swinging once Jake got home. I’m not sure who loves this swing more…Cooper or his dad…

I failed to get a picture of the whole group, but we had the BEST girls’ night last night. I know one of the girls got one, so I’ll see if I can get it. We went to Cherry Pickers and sat outside for about six hours. We were all soaking up our time together!

We had waffles and snuggles in the playpen this morning before Coop took his morning nap. I should’ve napped with him. I stayed out WAY too late for girls’ night. I didn’t get home until almost midnight! I NEVER do that. I usually consider a 10 o’clock bedtime to be late…ha! I am sleepy today, but we had the absolute best time, so it’s worth it.

I love seeing his goofy little personality coming through.

Happy Friday, friends!
