Rhea and I headed out for a recovery run Wednesday afternoon. I have not done a good job of running with her like I used to. I’m trying to do better!

After my run, our clinic called and told me I needed to do my first shot in two hours. I’m glad I was at home! I am still using my auto-injector, which is the only reason I’m able to do these shots on my own.

I made THIS recipe for Thai Chicken salad this week. It was delicious!

My best dude.

We officially transfer on Tuesday! We’re coming for you, Frozen Baby Bradley!

We grabbed dinner with Jake’s parents Wednesday night. Coop LOVES looking at pictures of the hot air balloons from our trip to Colorado. He gets so excited and will make the animal noise of whatever balloon he’s looking at. It’s adorable.

He woke up Thursday and immediately wanted to ride his bike.

I added spicy peppers to the Thai chicken salad. Yum. Spicy is always better, right? Right.

I always forget how awful these meds can make me feel. I was down for the count Thursday afternoon. I even fell asleep in Coop’s playpen for a little bit. I woke up to him crawling on me.

Jake’s foreman sent him home with a bunch of tomatoes, so we had BLTs last night. Holy yum. These tomatoes were incredible. I think BLTs are one of my favorite meals. Ever.

I have a race this weekend, probably my last for awhile if our transfer works. I’m looking forward to it, but I’m already really sore from my shots…sooooo, we’ll see how running goes.
Happy Friday, friends!
