When mom has an hour meeting and distracts you with all the things. Ha! Thankful this kid likes to play on his own, too.

Y’all, I’m having some weird allergic reaction to my progesterone injection. I can’t get a good picture of it, but my whole cheek looks like this, plus some crazy bruising. I think it’s the oil the progesterone is in as a carrier. This is how it started…scroll to the end for what it turned into. Woof. I called our clinic and they are having me switch to a different type of injection. Hopefully that’ll help!

We headed to swim Monday evening. I love watching this kid learn how to float and swim on his own.

He got to hold a plastic baby during his lesson and he was so excited.

Dinner Monday night was salmon, veggies, and macaroni and cheese.

Big mac and cheese fan, just look at that cheese beard. Ha!

My whole cheek is now bruised. I think from scratching it because it was so itchy. Hopefully the new medicine will fix this issue!

Tuesday morning, we headed to my first beta blood test! I asked Coop to take a picture with me and this is the face I got from him. We didn’t get results from this test until about 4pm, so it was a long day of waiting.

Jake’s mom gave me this adorable new bag. I think Coop loves it as much as I do! Thank you, Penny!

While I was waiting for results, I tried to stay busy. I knocked out a bunch of work and then went for a short recovery run. I am keeping my runs short and really easy right now, but it sure is nice to be able to run this time around.

Just snacking on an apple and watching his Daddy run.

Sometimes ya just need a big ole pile of nachos for dinner! We ate about half of this…whoops. They are never very good left over.

I will share our beta results Friday! Since we have one more test Thursday and the numbers need to double, we’d like to see what those results are before we share publicly. We will share no matter what happens. Thank you for praying over us and this baby! We love y’all!
Happy Wednesday, friends!
