This weekend flew by. Poor Jake worked ALL weekend. We missed him, and he’s so worn out. He worked about 36 hours straight for one of the stretches. It would take me a week to recover from that. We did get to have a little fun as a family Friday night before he got called into work. We went to Costco for the first time! The pizza was delicious.

Jake was still at work when we woke up Saturday morning, but we decided we needed some pancakes, so we whipped some up! Coop helped me mix everything together.

We enjoyed our breakfast in the sunroom while watching Bluey.

Sweet girl.

Coop wanted to take a bath, so I let him play in the water for a little bit.

Stilllll eating cheese and mayonnaise sandwiches. I added some honey mustard to this one. It was delicious.

We headed to a fun birthday party Saturday evening for my friend Megan’s son, Miller, who turned five! Coop had fun watching all the big kids run around and play.

He also found a bunch of books, which was another highlight of his evening.

Sunday morning, we got ready to watch the Chiefs play. This kid LOVES watching football.

I walked out to this…I guess he decided Rhea needed his hat. HA! It was sitting on her head perfectly. Coop sure does love his puppies.

We headed to Jake’s parents’ house to watch part of the Chiefs game. Coop was ecstatic for some Aunt Chelsea snuggle time. He loves when she is in town. So do I! He hung out there while I had some girl time.

Sunday afternoon was spent celebrating our best girl – Chelsea! Love you so much, sweet friend! Thankful for you and your friendship. I can’t wait to drink ALL the mimosas with YOU! <3

I know I say this every time I share about these gals, but I feel so blessed to have them in my life. It’s not always easy to make friends as an adult, and man, every single one of these is an adult friend. I feel like I’ve know them all my entire life!

Goooood morning from Coop Daddy and all his babies.

Happy Monday…sloth started his day with a little coffee swim thanks to a certain sweet toddler.

Happy Monday, friends!
