If I had to guess, I’d say we read about 15 books a day. Maybe more. I love how he loves books! He read with his little hand on my belly. I can’t wait to watch him be a big brother.

On New Year’s Day, we always go to the Mug Club brunch at Brew Co. They have the most delicious food.
Jake’s dad also has a mug, so we got to enjoy brunch with everyone. My parents usually go, too, but they were out of town this year.

Does nesting with your second hit sooner? While Jake and Coop napped Monday, I decided to make a huge mess and try to organize our pantry. It needed it! I forgot to take an after picture.
I walked in to this boy reading about dinosaurs after his nap.
I had a bunch of errands to run Tuesday, and since Coop was stuck running them with me, we stopped to get donuts. He loved getting to pick one out.
After our errands, Coop snoozed while I worked a little bit.
Last night, we had dinner at Jake’s Nanny‘s to celebrate his dad’s birthday. Coop had fun playing with his Grandma Cynthia, and getting into things he shouldn’t.
