Thank you so SO much for all your kind words and prayers for our little dude. He is on the mend and just about through the worst of these dang illnesses. Poor kid got hit with pneumonia, an ear infection, and two viruses. We had a very scary day at urgent care where he was kind of hallucinating from a high fever, but he’s SO much better already. He is making sure to stay very hydrated.
We ran to CVS the day after urgent care, and they had this huge display of cars. The second we walked in, Coop goes, “Mama! Cars!” Soooo, of course I let him pick one out after his awful day the day before. I’m a sucker.
He was pretty excited about his new blue car.
I may be finally making a turn for the better with food! Maybe all it took was me complaining to y’all about it – HA! I was able to eat AND enjoy a hot ham and cheese for lunch the other day. Hoping I’m able to add some meat back into my diet…we’ll see!
We had a lazy night Wednesday night. We watched Cars and enjoyed a frozen pizza.
And had chocolate milkshakes for dessert. I love lazy nights.
Yesterday’s lunch was amazing. Fried tofu and rice with Yum Yum sauce. It hit the spot! I may have had two bowls…
We had to pick out tile for our bathroom again because the original tile we chose is crazy back ordered. We were the only ones in the store, so little Dwight Schrute here with his middle part got to run around like crazy. If you don’t get this reference, see below. I laughed way too hard.

18 weeks (plus a day) with baby brother! I can’t believe we’re almost halfway.
We don’t have any crazy plans this weekend, which I’m stoked about. My mom asked to hang with Coop for a little bit tomorrow, so I’m dropping him off at her house and I’m going to deep clean ours. Thanks, Mom!! I am WAY too excited about a big chunk of cleaning time. Our house needs it badly! We had a cleaning lady that came once a month after Coop was born, but we decided to try and just do it ourselves. It’s not working, ha! I think once this second babe is here, we’ll go back to having someone come once a month. It just helps us so much! We’ll have to see if it fits in our budget…
I also can’t wait to watch the Chiefs play on Sunday. It’s gonna be a good weekend!
