Sunshine + veggie sandwich + bats…

We have been trying to get outside each day to soak up this sunshine. Coop is always very quick to grab his sunglasses. It’s adorable.

I love watching this kid play and explore outside.

Hi, baby brother! We are a little over 19 weeks…it’s crazy to think that we’re just about halfway to meeting little man.

We got outside for some Jeep time Thursday morning, too!

Before I let Jimmy John’s bankrupt me, I decided to start making my own veggie sandwiches at home. They are hitting the spot!

I have never been able to keep orchids alive, but this pretty gal has been with me for a year and she’s thriving! I don’t think it’s anything I’m doing…I think our plants just really love our sunroom. But I have been really enjoying these pretty blooms!

You guys…remember those adorable bats I put up for Halloween? Welllllll, they finally came down on February 1st. HA! When I started taking them down after Halloween, they were ripping the paint off the wall. UGH. Jake was not happy with me, rightfully so. Then I was so nauseated and miserable, that I just left them. I finally got up the courage to tackle taking them down yesterday. It took me two freaking hours.

The sticky adhesive on the back was not coming off, so I scraped the bats off, then used a solution to get the adhesive off. Then I washed the wall. It was a whole ordeal. And now I understand why Jake has begged me not to put things on the walls he has worked so hard on. Sorrrrryyyyyyy!

Never. Again.

I had a second veggie sandwich for dinner. Jake loved his so much. Watch out, Jimmy John’s!

When I was pregnant with Coop, I wanted all the gummy things. Coop helped me polish off this one pound bag I got when I was pregnant with him. He was pretty excited.

I am counting down the hours until the Olympic Trials tomorrow, specifically the marathon. I cannot wait to watch the US women do their thing, especially Des Linden.

Happy Friday, friends!
