We got outside for a bike ride Monday morning. We have been trying to soak up the warm weather and sunshine while we had it! It is pretty chilly here today, but the sun is still shining, so we’re thankful for that.
The tile is finished in our bathroom! I can’t wait to see everything all together. Next up – we will have our vanity installed. Hopefully the end of this week or early next week!
I did a little meal prep for Jake – Spanish rice topped with green chile pork, black beans, and some rotel. I topped all of that with cheese and Sriracha. Jake said it’s delicious.
Coop got some tattoos from Jake’s mom during Sunday dinner. They’re still going strong! And he’s very proud of them.
My Dad’s birthday was Monday, so he and my mom came over for dinner that night. Happy birthday, Daddy Waddy! We love you!
Any time I hold Coop while he naps, baby brother kicks around and moves like crazy. It’s one of my favorite things right now, just having both of my boys so close to me.
I’ve been trying to go through things, organize baby stuff, get ready to move Coop into his new room, and move my office to a temporary spot. This room is complete chaos right now! Coop thinks all these baby toys are for him.
It’s all fun and games until you realize it’s been about four years since you’ve picked up the dog poop in your backyard. Whooooops! Got it all picked up yesterday. Now to keep the girls from pooping ever again…
Jake and Coop knocked out a few projects, too. Coop loves to help Jake work. It’s the cutest thing I’ve ever seen.
Me: “Coop, let’s send Dad a funny face picture!” Nailed it.
Dropped off enrollment forms for school this morning! I know he’s going to love it, but I don’t know if my mama heart is ready.
He wore his sunnies the entire time we were dropping off our paperwork and chatting with the director of the school. It cracked everyone up.
